A BILL to amend article six, chapter seventeen-c of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
one-a, relating to speed limitation on dirt roads.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article six, chapter seventeen-c of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section one-
a, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. SPEED RESTRICTIONS.
§17C-6-1a. Dirt roads.
No person may drive a vehicle on a dirt road at a speed
greater than twenty-five miles per hour.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to establish maximum
speeds on dirt roads.
